These terms govern your use of blockzenith.bz and any marketing surfaces it links to. Commercial engagements, hosted services, and product surfaces are governed by separate written agreements.

Software we publish on github.com/blockzenith is covered by the license stated in each repository (typically Apache‑2.0 or MIT). These terms do not override those licenses.
4. Trademarks
BlockZenith, the BlockZenith logo, the word "Zenith" when used in our product names, and the tagline "We automate complexity. You reclaim life." are trademarks of BlockZenith Labs, SA. All other marks belong to their respective owners.
5. No warranties
This site is provided on an "as is" basis. We work hard to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that the information is complete at any given moment.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlockZenith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Luxembourg City.
